Me
I’ve been playing EVE on and off for about a year now and I’m still getting the hang of it. To use an old cliché, this is a game which you can learn quickly (or maybe not so much, the tutorial alone takes 2 or 3 hours) but it will take you a lifetime to master (ever so true). I used to play WoW, had a lvl 60 Dwarf Priest and everything. I never really raided, didn’t like the way you only progressed in the came if you did, so I left. And found EVE. And never looked back.
EVE is a game in which you can find a challenge, but at the same time, you do not have that challenge forced upon you. If you want, you can stay in Empire your entire life, just calmly doing missions or mining the low-ends (you will ALWAYS find a buyer for those, don’t worry). Or, you can jump into 0.0 space and be podding enemies within a week. PVP corps are always looking for new members so you will always find work. This is the beauty of EVE, there is always something new and different you can try. You may not be good at it in the beginning, but with some training, you will be good at it. Very good.
As for me, I’m a miner. There, I said it. I like to just sit and mine, mine, mine. There is something very relaxing about seeing your cargo hold just fill up with ore. I know it’s weird, but it’s true. Try it and then come talk to me.

So how’s mining going on. Your absence is being felt through vast asteroid belts.
Fly safe and post mate!
